Why are there different part numbers for different voltage ranges when most IncOders accept a wide voltage range?

This an echo from earlier versions of IncOder. The earlier versions used electronic hardware which varied according to supply voltage. More recent versions of IncOder have hardware which is common across a range of voltages. We kept the same part numbering system to avoid confusion with existing customers.
