传感器能否穿透金属层工作?

原理上,可以在传感器的转子/动子与定子之间插入金属屏蔽层。

激励信号可以穿透的透入深度限定了金属屏蔽层的厚度。激励频率越低,允许的金属厚度就越大。

金属厚度的最大值取决于实际金属。如要使用金属屏蔽层,最好使用无磁性的不锈钢,铝、钢、铜或黄铜次之。在实际应用中,金属厚度需小于1.6mm。
